14 Day Refund Policy

We want you to be completely in love with your Mahika The Label pieces. If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept an exchange or refund. Before returning, please ensure that you have read and understood our entire returns and refunds policy. If any item/s are returned that don't meet our policy, the customer will be notified and payment will not be refunded.

We offer free returns and exchanges on all US and International orders (excluding sale items), please read the below policy to ensure your items are eligible for return.

  • Your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Returned items must be unworn and undamaged.
  • Once the protective sticker has been removed from the suit, it can no longer be returned due to hygienic reasons.
  • Mahika The Label reserves the right to deny a return if the swing tags have been cut off or reattached in any way. If the returned items are used, soiled, or damaged, your refund will not be approved. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not accepted for a refund.
  • Returned items must be received by Mahika The Label within 14 days from the day the return was initiated.
  • We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within the returns timeframe.

 

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal and follow the instructions to request a return and refund for your order.

When your return is authorized, you will receive an email outlining the steps needed to be taken to ship your item back to us. Please allow up to 2 weeks for you to receive your refund. 

 

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange a style for a different size or color, please visit our returns portal and follow the instructions to begin the request for an exchange. 

Direct exchange requests will be fulfilled dependent on stock availability at the time your return has been shipped back to us. If the item is out of stock you will be automatically notified.  We don't offer exchanges on international orders.
