All orders placed before 1pm pacific standard time are sent the same day, we ship from Los Angeles, California. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We endeavor to process all other orders within these time frames, however during busy sale periods or after a collection launch processing may take a little longer. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.

14 Day Refund Policy
We want you to be completely in love with your Mahika The Label pieces. If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept an exchange or refund. Before returning, please ensure that you have read and understood our entire returns and refunds policy. If any item/s are returned that don't meet our policy, the customer will be notified and payment will not be refunded.
We offer free returns and exchanges on all US and International orders (excluding sale items), please read the below policy to ensure your items are eligible for return.
- Your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- Returned items must be unworn and undamaged.
- Mahika The Label reserves the right to deny a return if the swing tags have been cut off or reattached in any way. If the returned items are used, soiled, or damaged, your refund will not be approved. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not accepted for a refund.
- Returned items must be received by Mahika The Label within 14 days from the day the return was initiated.
- We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within the returns timeframe.
